Cliplets 1.1.1

Cliplets is an original tool with which you can create animated images whose quality surpasses that of the classic GIF, imitating in certain details the movements and fluidity of the videos.

Its method of action consists of establishing a kind of static frame to which are added some elements that remain in constant motion, thus creating a very attractive effect.

To carry out this task, simply choose the video in question and then those details to which you want to give movement, choosing from a total of four available. After clicking on the "Export cliplet" button you will get a file in GIF, WMV or MP4 format. The actions of each element are determined through the use of layers, this system being intuitive as well as functional.

Cliplets is highly compatible when importing files, supporting formats such as AVI, MOV, 3GP and SMI.
